All companies suspended by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) are blacklisted by the Association on the same terms in accordance with the Association's Members Service Manual.
The action taken by the Association applies to any successor in interest, which includes any company that is substantially similar to a blacklisted company or which employs or is associated with any partner, responsible director, officer or managing employee of a blacklisted company.
After the expiry of the blacklist duration, a company may apply to the Association, in writing, to be removed from the list of blacklisted companies. A non-member company that has been barred from becoming a member of the Association may also apply for membership after the expiry of the duration.
